What the current package includes

An initial athlete website built after payment settles and the required information, sources, and approvals are ready.
Managed hosting, HTTPS, routine technical maintenance, and baseline entity markup.
Registration of one standard available new .com under the published domain and transfer terms.
One approved content request in each paid month: either one article prepared from a customer-supplied clip or interview, or simple factual edits to one existing page. Unused requests do not roll over.

The package page is the full current scope. Premium or aftermarket domains and the planned recurring findability report are not included. Third-party registrar or new-host fees are the customer’s responsibility unless Athlete Spotlight agrees otherwise in writing.

Prepare approved source material

Bring the athlete’s approved name and sport, official source links, authorized photos or clips, current results, goals, and a safe public contact route. Every personal fact and media item is reviewed before publication.

Age and approval rules

Under 13: the audit and paid service are not offered.
Ages 13–17: the athlete must assent; a parent or legal guardian completes checkout and approves publication.
Age 18+: the athlete may contract and approve material directly.

What happens next

The payment provider confirms the transaction.
The customer supplies the intake material and approvals.
The team verifies sources, prepares the site, and requests review.
The site launches only after the required approval is recorded.

Billing, cancellation, and exit

The subscription is billed in advance and renews monthly until canceled. Stop future renewals through the cancellation-request form or the contact method in the Terms. Domain transfer, content-copy, refund, and timing rules are also set out there.
